Job Summary
Working remotely or from one of the US hubs, the full-time AI Engineer, Internal Tools will partner with various teams to identify high-value AI opportunities, design and productionize AI solutions, and integrate them with enterprise systems to enhance business workflows.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with teams across business functions to understand workflows and identify AI opportunities
- Design, build, and deploy AI agents and workflow automations that address real business challenges
- Integrate AI applications with enterprise systems and establish evaluations to measure their impact
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of software engineering experience in building production applications or AI-powered products
- Hands-on experience with LLMs, agent frameworks, and productionizing AI applications
- Strong fundamentals in API, integration, and system design with a focus on reliable production systems
- Experience collaborating with non-engineering stakeholders to translate business problems into technical solutions
- Ability to quickly prototype solutions while ensuring safe and reliable deployment
