Job Summary
To support automation in clinical documentation and revenue cycle workflows, the full-time remote AI Engineer will develop and operate AI systems, focusing on building production services using large language models, intelligent agents, and machine learning techniques.
Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain production systems utilizing large language models and intelligent agents
- Develop retrieval-augmented generation systems and manage document ingestion and indexing pipelines
- Deploy and operate AI/ML systems, ensuring quality, reliability, and compliance with security standards
Required qualifications
- Master's degree in computer science, artificial intelligence, machine learning, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- 5+ years of experience in software, AI/ML, or platform engineering with ownership of production systems
- Hands-on experience with developing and operating large language model applications and AI agents
- Strong proficiency in Python and experience with AI/ML libraries and automated testing frameworks
- Experience implementing AI observability, security, and governance practices
