Job Summary
Building and evolving Superhuman Mail's MCP, the full-time AI Engineer will design and ship agentic workflows, develop evaluation systems for LLM quality, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance AI features in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Develop new tools and standards for the MCP that enhance user value
- Design and implement scalable personalization features and agentic workflows
- Establish evaluation systems to measure and improve the quality of LLMs
Required qualifications
- 4-6+ years of software engineering experience with a strong backend foundation (Python or TypeScript preferred, Go is a plus)
- Hands-on experience building and shipping LLM-powered features in production
- Experience in creating evaluation systems for LLM quality improvement
- Familiarity with MCP servers or tools, or a willingness to learn
- Working knowledge of machine learning principles for model selection and tradeoffs
