AI Engineer

Job Summary

To support the development of innovative AI-driven solutions, the full-time AI Engineer will build production agents and automated workflows using Python and SQL, while collaborating with Data Engineering and Data Science teams in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Ship production agents and automated workflows from a prioritized backlog, managing the entire process from scoping to deployment and monitoring
• Build and maintain the data foundation for workflows in Databricks, ensuring reliable and trusted data integration from various systems
• Collaborate with Data Science to establish measurable agent quality through evaluation, tracking, and instrumentation

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of professional software or data engineering experience, with strong proficiency in Python and SQL
• Experience building and shipping at least one LLM-powered application or agent for real users
• Hands-on experience with Databricks or a comparable lakehouse, or deep data engineering expertise
• Familiarity with integrating SaaS and internal systems through REST APIs, webhooks, and OAuth
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
