Job Summary
To support internal operations, the full-time salaried AI Engineer (California Licensed) will design and build production AI applications, architecting agent-based systems and deploying AI solutions while ensuring reliability and continuous improvement in a Los Angeles-based environment.
Key responsibilities
- Design and build production AI applications that automate complex enterprise workflows
- Architect agent-based systems that coordinate LLMs, APIs, and internal services with reliable orchestration
- Deploy AI systems with observability, monitoring, and operational safeguards while investigating production issues
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of professional software or systems engineering experience with production software
- Experience in applied AI from a systems engineering background, such as platform or backend work
- Strong Python engineering experience

- Understanding of distributed systems and production operations, including debugging and monitoring
