AI Engineer (Computer Vision)

Job Summary

To support innovative AI projects, the full-time Agentic AI Engineer (Computer Vision) will build systems using AI agents, improve synthetic data pipelines, and tackle detection and classification challenges in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Learn, maintain, and enhance the synthetic data pipeline and automated training system
• Take ownership of a model project, implementing an agent loop for data generation and improvement
• Design systems for handling false positives and automate the training and validation of models with minimal human intervention

Required qualifications

• Experience building agent harnesses or workflows and running multiple agents simultaneously
• Professional software engineering background on Windows and Linux, including familiarity with Git
• Experience fine-tuning or quantizing open-source models, such as training LoRAs
• Knowledge of the AI model landscape, from early GPT models to current open-source options
• Strong passion for AI and agents, with a willingness to explore new tools and ideas independently
