AI Engineer, Forward Deployed

Job Summary

To design, build, and deploy production AI solutions, the full-time AI Engineer, Forward Deployed will work remotely with client teams on Microsoft 365 Copilot and Azure AI Foundry, focusing on coding, configuring agents, and integrating data for real-world applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Build declarative agents and plugins that extend Microsoft 365 Copilot with client data and workflows
• Create custom agents and AI applications in Azure AI Foundry, implementing agentic workflows and integrating with enterprise systems
• Develop end-to-end retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines and ensure production readiness through evaluation and monitoring

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 4+ years of experience in software engineering, data engineering, or Microsoft 365 and Power Platform development
• 1+ years of hands-on experience building and deploying generative AI or LLM-powered solutions
• Experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot extensibility and Azure AI Foundry
• Strong Python or C# skills and experience working in Azure
