AI Engineer, Forward Deployed
Job Summary
Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the AI Engineer, Forward Deployed will design, build, and implement production AI solutions using Anthropic's Claude platform, collaborating with Client teams to turn business challenges into effective AI applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deploy Claude solutions, including agents and workflows, while integrating with Client systems
- Build end-to-end retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines and connect Claude solutions to enterprise data platforms
- Collaborate with Client stakeholders to gather requirements, provide training, and ensure successful adoption of AI solutions
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 4+ years of experience in software engineering, data engineering, or analytics engineering
- 1+ years of hands-on experience with generative AI or LLM-powered solutions in production environments
- Strong proficiency with the Claude API and experience building or deploying Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers
- Hands-on experience with Python or TypeScript and familiarity with at least one major cloud platform (Azure preferred)
