AI Engineer, Forward Deployed
Job Summary
Working full-time in Chicago, IL, the AI Engineer, Forward Deployed will design, build, and ship production AI solutions on the Claude platform, collaborating with Client teams to develop and deploy integrations, workflows, and data connections while ensuring production readiness and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Build agents and workflows using the Claude API and SDK, ensuring integration with Client systems
- Develop end-to-end retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines and connect solutions to enterprise data platforms
- Collaborate with Client stakeholders to gather requirements, demo progress, and support user training post-deployment
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 4+ years of experience in software engineering, data engineering, or analytics engineering
- 1+ years of hands-on experience with generative AI or LLM-powered solutions in production
- Proficiency in Python or TypeScript and experience with the Claude API
- Experience building RAG solutions and working in cloud environments, preferably Azure
