AI Engineer III
Job Summary
Serving as a hands-on technical lead, the full-time AI Engineer III will manage the development and support of Agentic AI applications, collaborating with cross-functional teams and ensuring the reliability and security of AI systems in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, deployment, and support of Agentic AI applications, including multi-agent workflows
- Provide technical guidance, code review, and mentorship to AI Engineers and contractors
- Architect and implement RAG pipelines, vector search, and LLM integration patterns for production use cases
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in a technical or numerical field; Master's degree preferred
- 8+ years of experience in software application design and development or data engineering pipelines
- 3+ years of experience leading technical teams in AI/ML delivery
- Proficiency in LangGraph, LangChain, RAG chatbots, and NLP-based automation
- Experience with microservices architecture, Kubernetes, AWS, and/or Azure
