Job Summary
Supporting a government contract in Washington, DC, the full-time AI Engineer with Secret Clearance will design and develop AI-enabled applications for audit readiness, build custom solutions for compliance automation, and enhance cybersecurity oversight functions in a hybrid remote/on-site environment.
Key responsibilities
- Design and develop AI applications for FISMA audit readiness and compliance management
- Build custom GPT and RAG-based solutions to automate audit research and findings analysis
- Implement secure AI copilots and predictive analytics to identify compliance risks and enhance auditor productivity
Required qualifications
- Active Secret security clearance
- 5+ years of software engineering experience
- 3+ years developing AI/ML-enabled applications
- Proficiency in Python, FastAPI or Flask, and modern front-end frameworks
- Experience with FISMA, NIST Cybersecurity Framework, and Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) processes
