AI Engineering Architect
Job Summary
To accelerate product development, the full-time AI Engineering Architect will build and own the internal AI tooling stack, focusing on agentic coding workflows, automation of engineering processes, and improving engineering velocity, with the option to work remotely or from Cyprus.
Key responsibilities
- Build and own the AI tooling stack for engineering, including workflows, evals, and automation processes
- Drive accountability for achieving a 5x development acceleration target
- Identify and eliminate AI-addressable bottlenecks in engineering workflows in collaboration with Engineering leadership
Required qualifications
- Strong hands-on experience building AI/LLM-powered developer tooling in production
- Track record of measurably improving engineering velocity through effective tooling
- Deep familiarity with modern software delivery practices, including CI/CD and code review
- Experience making technical infrastructure decisions regarding model/provider selection
- Prior experience as a platform engineer, DevEx lead, or AI/ML infrastructure engineer
