Job Summary
Hands-on and innovative, the full-time AI Engineering Manager will lead a small, technical team in building agentic capabilities while actively engaging in engineering and research tasks, focusing on collaboration, security, and quality in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and grow a highly technical team while remaining involved in hands-on engineering and research
- Set technical direction, establish practical plans for execution, and foster a culture of collaboration and high standards
- Create frameworks for monitoring and evaluating agents, while translating AI research into software engineering projects
Required Qualifications
- BSc in Computer Science or related field with exposure to AI/ML
- Deep expertise in AI/ML, software engineering, or AI security
- Strong programming skills in Python and relevant ML or agentic frameworks
- Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with a high degree of ownership
- Ability to learn other programming languages and technologies as required
