AI Governance Analyst

Job Summary

To ensure organizational AI systems operate within risk and compliance boundaries, the full-time AI Governance Analyst will develop and implement AI governance frameworks, policies, and controls while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Creates and maintains AI governance policies, standards, and frameworks aligned with regulatory requirements
• Conducts AI model risk assessments and monitors third-party AI tools for vendor risk management
• Coordinates with Legal, Privacy, Security, and Technology teams to support compliant AI practices

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience in AI and/or information security with a focus on IT audit and Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC)
• Proficiency in risk management software and tools
• Preferred experience with ISO 27001, NIST 800-53, and SSAE 18/SOC audits
• Relevant security or compliance certifications (i.e., Security+, CISA, CRISC, CISSP) are a plus
