Job Summary
To operationalize AI standards across the Patient Services engineering organization, the full-time AI Governance Analyst will manage the rollout of AI development tooling, oversee compliance and governance processes, and define metrics for AI adoption, all while working remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Roll out AI development tooling and train Dev, QA, and BA staff in AI-augmented workflows
- Own the governance process for AI tools, including compliance reviews and maintaining an approved-tools list
- Define and track AI adoption KPIs and author monthly and quarterly reports for leadership
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years in a technical analyst, program enablement, or developer-experience role
- Strong data analysis and dashboarding skills
- Excellent technical writing and documentation ability
- Experience in change management and training delivery
- Understanding of HIPAA, SOC 2, or similar compliance fundamentals
