Job Summary
To support responsible AI adoption, the full-time AI Governance Analyst will manage the enterprise AI Governance process, ensuring AI solutions are reviewed, risk assessed, and compliant with organizational policies while working collaboratively with business and technology stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end AI Governance process for AI use-cases, models, and AI-powered solutions
- Facilitate AI Risk Assessments and document risks, controls, and approval decisions
- Maintain the enterprise AI Inventory, governance records, and monitor governance metrics
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Governance, Risk Management, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in governance, risk management, compliance, or technology operations
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Experience managing cross-functional processes and competing priorities
- Familiarity with AI Governance, Data Governance, or Compliance programs
