AI Governance Engineer
Job Summary
To support enterprise clients in governing AI and data across the Microsoft ecosystem, the full-time AI Governance Engineer will implement governance frameworks, configure Copilot Studio and Microsoft Purview, and engage with clients remotely while collaborating with senior consultants on various projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement agent lifecycle governance and configure Copilot Studio-specific policies and controls
- Perform data governance assessments and configure Microsoft Purview for AI readiness
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, leading governance workshops and delivering training sessions
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of enterprise Microsoft platform experience, including 2+ years in Copilot, Purview, or Power Platform governance
- Hands-on experience with Copilot Studio, including agent publishing and security settings
- Working knowledge of Power Platform governance, including environment strategy and DLP
- Solid understanding of Entra ID, least privilege, conditional access, and RBAC
- Evidence of implementing governance in production tenants with client-facing communication skills
