Job Summary
Leading a dedicated team, the full-time Senior Lead, AI Governance will guide the AI Governance and Adoption team in supporting a sports and entertainment client by identifying AI opportunities, ensuring responsible adoption, and providing practical governance frameworks remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of AI Governance and Adoption specialists while establishing engagement models and quality standards
- Operationalize governance for AI adoption by conducting formal reviews and partnering with cross-functional teams to define data requirements
- Provide concise reporting to leadership on AI use-case pipelines, risks, and recommendations for effective governance
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Management, Cybersecurity, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- 8+ years of experience in AI governance, technology governance, or related disciplines
- 3+ years of leadership experience managing teams in a customer-facing environment
- Experience translating policy and risk requirements into practical operating procedures and design guidance
- Working knowledge of generative AI, enterprise LLM platforms, and AI governance practices
