Job Summary
To drive innovation in local AI integration, the full-time AI Harness Engineer will develop new tools and modules, implement P2P technology, and ensure high codebase quality while working remotely in a globally distributed team.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver new features and bug fixes with a focus on reliability, performance, and user satisfaction
- Design and develop new tools and modules to enable AI capabilities across various model types
- Maintain high codebase quality through consistent coding standards, code reviews, and automated testing
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience building production software, particularly in P2P systems or AI/LLM tooling
- Hands-on experience with agent harnesses, including tool calling and context management
- Strong JavaScript/TypeScript skills, with experience in modeling complex state
- Experience designing for failure in distributed systems
- Open-source contributions to P2P, networking, or AI tooling projects
