Job Summary
Driving the AI-first transformation for G&A operations, the full-time AI Innovation Lead will shape and execute strategic initiatives, prototype automation solutions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Shape and execute the AI transformation roadmap for G&A, identifying areas for automation and improvement
- Prototype agents, apps, and automations on Sanity's platform and collaborate with Systems Engineering for production deployment
- Drive adoption of AI tools across G&A teams, providing training and documentation to streamline processes
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in Finance, Accounting, People operations, or business operations within a software company
- Hands-on experience applying AI to G&A work, including automating processes or building AI agents
- Proficiency in understanding APIs, data flows, and G&A systems integration
- Strong program management skills to align stakeholders and manage cross-functional roadmaps
- Ability to communicate complex G&A processes to technical teams and vice versa
