Job Summary
Leading the AI-enabled delivery strategy for Salesforce's global Life Sciences Professional Services business, the full-time remote AI Innovation Lead, Life Sciences will manage cross-functional partnerships, drive AI adoption, and transform delivery intelligence into scalable solutions to enhance customer outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop a comprehensive view of implementation trends and delivery opportunities across the global Life Sciences portfolio
- Define the roadmap for Life Sciences-specific agentic delivery capabilities and prioritize AI assets and implementation innovations
- Serve as the primary liaison between Global Professional Services, Customer Success, and Product Management for Life Sciences
Required Qualifications
- 15+ years of leadership experience in Professional Services, enterprise software, or Life Sciences consulting
- Deep understanding of the Life Sciences industry and enterprise implementation programs
- Proven experience in partnering across Product Management, Engineering, and Professional Services
- Demonstrated success in translating customer needs into product strategy and delivery innovation
- Experience leading global, cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders
