Job Summary

To advance cyber defense capabilities, the full-time salaried AI Integration Manager - SOC will manage a team focused on integrating AI into security operations, driving automation, and enhancing threat detection and response strategies in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own and execute the cyber threat management engineering strategy, focusing on AI-augmented operations
• Translate strategic objectives into actionable roadmaps, aligning team priorities with enterprise cyber risk management goals
• Drive measurable improvements in operational effectiveness and ensure platform resilience and scalability

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of professional experience in cybersecurity, with at least 1 year in leadership roles
• Strong expertise in cyber engineering, detection engineering, and Security Automation, Orchestration, and Response (SOAR)
• Proven experience leading transformation initiatives involving people, processes, and technology
• Deep understanding of enterprise security platforms such as SIEM, EDR, NDR, and cloud security tools
• Experience applying automation, orchestration, and AI/ML to cybersecurity operations
