AI Learning Experience Designer
Job Summary
Collaborating with clients and internal teams, the fully remote contract AI Learning Experience Designer will create engaging learning solutions, develop high-level designs, produce content across various formats, and manage project workflows while ensuring compliance and accessibility standards.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with clients to design end-to-end learning journeys and interfaces, focusing on UX/UI and accessibility
- Build working prototypes using AI coding and prototyping tools, integrating innovative technologies into learning solutions
- Facilitate review cycles and manage stakeholder relationships to ensure alignment and quality throughout projects
Required qualifications
- 7-10 years of experience in learning design and development, with a strong focus on adult learning theory
- Hands-on fluency with AI prototyping and coding tools, as well as strong UX/UI fundamentals
- Proven experience with design sprints and agile delivery methodologies
- Data literacy, including the ability to define and act on learning metrics
- Experience with LMS/LXP platforms and authoring tools
