AI Lifecycle Manager
Job Summary
To support the implementation of AI-MSL, the remote AI Lifecycle Manager will assist clients with onboarding materials, consult on modernization opportunities, and guide features through a governed lifecycle while collaborating with internal experts.
Key responsibilities
- Assist clients in using the AI-MSL platform by creating self-service onboarding materials
- Consult clients on modernization and cost-saving opportunities
- Guide features through a governed lifecycle, collaborating with internal experts at lifecycle gates
Required qualifications
- Experience in client-facing software delivery or account management from IT services companies
- Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Product Development Life Cycle (PDLC)
- Experience in Solution Architecture, Application Modernization, and Kubernetes-powered deployment
- Hands-on experience with ClaudeCode, Codex, or similar tools
