Job Summary
Defining and executing enterprise AI and Machine Learning strategies, the full-time AI/Machine Learning Lead will drive innovation and operational efficiency while collaborating with business stakeholders and engineering teams in a hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute AI, Machine Learning, and Generative AI strategies aligned with business objectives
- Lead the delivery of AI solutions that address critical business challenges and create measurable value
- Build and mentor high-performing teams of data scientists and AI engineers to scale AI capabilities across the organization
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field
- 10+ years of experience in Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or Machine Learning leadership roles
- Proven experience delivering enterprise-scale AI and Generative AI solutions
- Strong knowledge of Databricks, cloud-based AI services, and MLOps frameworks
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and driving enterprise transformation initiatives
