Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain production AI tools for marketing teams, including content generators and workflow integrations
- Write clear documentation and train marketing teams on effective tool usage
- Monitor production tools for quality and user feedback, ensuring compliance with data and brand guidelines
Required Qualifications
- Proficiency with AI and marketing tech stack, including tools like Claude, Gemini, Clay, and Glean
- 2+ years of experience in marketing technology, automation, or a comparable technical role
- Hands-on experience with LLMs, including prompt writing and output evaluation
- Comfort with technical integration, including APIs and basic scripting (Python preferred)
- Strong written communication skills for producing documentation
