Job Summary
To support ecommerce brands in adopting AI technology, the remote AI Marketing Strategist will lead customer activation for Moby, helping users identify valuable use cases and enabling them to integrate AI into their marketing workflows while working Pacific Time hours.
Key responsibilities
- Lead customer activation for Moby, identifying initial use cases that create value
- Translate customer goals and challenges into practical Moby workflows
- Coach customers on evaluating Moby's recommendations and making informed decisions
Required qualifications
- Hands-on experience in media buying, growth marketing, or ecommerce marketing
- Familiarity with platforms such as Meta, Google, TikTok, and Shopify
- Strong understanding of marketing metrics like CAC, ROAS, and LTV
- Practical experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT or similar systems
- Experience in customer success, solutions consulting, or performance marketing leadership
