AI Mentor

Job Summary

Guiding a portfolio of approximately 20 fellows across multiple host organizations, the full-time AI Mentor will coach and support fellows in navigating AI projects, organizational dynamics, and professional development while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Coach and manage the progress of fellows through regular 1:1s, milestone reviews, and structured feedback on their projects
• Deliver curriculum content and facilitate the application of AI tools to real-world organizational challenges
• Assist fellows in stakeholder engagement, requirements gathering, and navigating organizational complexities to ensure successful project adoption

Required Qualifications

• 2-5 years of professional experience in software engineering, technical program management, or a related technical role
• Hands-on experience with modern AI tools and workflows, demonstrating their application to solve real problems
• Proven coaching or mentorship experience, with examples of helping individuals navigate challenges and succeed
• Experience in stakeholder engagement and understanding organizational needs to recommend and implement solutions
• Ability to operate as a technical generalist, quickly learning unfamiliar systems and bringing in expertise when necessary
