Building and supporting AI-driven document processing pipelines, the remote AI/ML Document Processing Developer will extract structured business data from high-volume unstructured healthcare and insurance documents using AWS and Generative AI technologies.
Key responsibilities
- Build AI-powered document ingestion and classification pipelines
- Process healthcare provider and health insurance documents across multiple formats
- Develop and maintain AWS-based backend services and batch-processing pipelines
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience developing RESTful services and event-driven backends in AWS
- Strong Python development experience
- Hands-on experience with AWS Bedrock or comparable LLM platform
- Experience with OCR technologies such as Textract or Tesseract
- Production AWS experience with services like S3, Lambda, and ECS/Fargate
