AI/ML Engineer
Job Summary
Supporting the development and operational deployment of AI-enabled applications, the full-time salaried AI/ML Engineer I will collaborate with internal teams and government customers to troubleshoot issues, optimize model behavior, and ensure high-performing AI systems in a remote environment while working East Coast hours.
Key responsibilities
- Develop, integrate, and maintain AI/ML components within secure, production-grade applications
- Collaborate with customers and internal teams to troubleshoot system behavior and resolve defects
- Perform bug fixes, root cause analysis, and optimize performance across AI-enabled services
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related technical field
- 1-3 years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, data science, or software development
- Strong proficiency in Python
- Experience troubleshooting structured and unstructured data issues
- Hands-on experience working with OpenAI or similar LLM APIs
