Job Summary
Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the AI/ML Engineer will build and enhance a next-generation AI recruiting agent by developing backend services, experimenting with LLMs, and deploying scalable AI systems.
Key responsibilities
- Build and improve AI agent capabilities using modern LLMs
- Develop backend services and APIs in Python
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to deliver AI-powered features
Required qualifications
- Strong Python software engineering skills
