Job Summary
Building AI solutions for real-world mission use cases, the full-time AI/ML Engineer with active TS/SCI Clearance will develop and integrate machine learning capabilities across software applications while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a hybrid work environment in Dayton, OH.
Key responsibilities
- Build and evaluate machine learning, deep learning, and generative AI solutions for mission applications
- Develop and integrate AI/ML capabilities across various software applications and data pipelines
- Create technical documentation and repeatable processes to support the adoption and sustainment of AI capabilities
Required qualifications
- Active TS/SCI clearance
- Hands-on experience in applied machine learning or AI engineering
- Proficiency in software development, preferably with Python and major ML frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow
- Experience with datasets for model development and evaluation
- Familiarity with areas such as computer vision, natural language processing, or generative AI
