Job Summary
Leading the development and execution of enterprise AI, Machine Learning, and Generative AI strategies, the full-time AI/ML Senior Architect will collaborate with business stakeholders and engineering teams to drive innovation and operational efficiency in a hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement AI, predictive analytics, and machine learning solutions to address business challenges
- Establish AI engineering standards and MLOps practices to support scalable AI operations
- Build and mentor high-performing teams of data scientists and engineers to enhance AI capabilities across the organization
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field
- 10+ years of experience in Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or Machine Learning leadership roles
- Proven experience delivering enterprise-scale AI and Generative AI solutions
- Strong knowledge of Databricks, cloud-based AI services, and MLOps frameworks
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and driving enterprise transformation initiatives
