AI/ML Software Engineer

Job Summary

To develop and deploy data-driven solutions for a document-based compliance management platform, the remote Principal AI/ML Software Engineer will build reliable, scalable systems and Generative AI features, while managing end-to-end MLOps pipelines and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and deploy Generative AI features using foundation models and optimize inference pipelines for latency and cost
• Design agentic AI systems for compliance workflows, document review, and regulatory mapping
• Integrate LLM evaluation frameworks with development and production systems, ensuring transparency and regulatory adherence

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years in data science, ML engineering, or related roles with a focus on NLP/generative AI applications
• Proficient in Python with production-level experience in machine learning libraries and frameworks
• Strong foundation in machine learning, deep learning, and natural language processing techniques
• Experience with AWS services, including SageMaker and Bedrock, and familiarity with MLOps practices
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field
