Job Summary
To support major Condition Based Maintenance Plus (CBM+) and Predictive Logistics initiatives for the USAF and U.S. Army, the full-time remote AI/ML Solutions Architect will define technical architecture, manage cross-team dependencies, and connect technical output to mission outcomes while mentoring future technical leaders.
Key responsibilities
- Define the technical architecture and execution guidance for AI/ML initiatives across USAF and Army programs
- Manage cross-team dependencies and align specialized engineering teams to ensure cohesive delivery
- Act as the primary translator between high-level mission goals and engineering reality, ensuring operational impact
Required qualifications
- An active Secret security clearance is mandatory for this position
- 10+ years of experience in technical leadership, software engineering, or data architecture, focusing on AI/ML systems
- Expertise in Databricks, with proven ability to architect complex data and ML workflows
- Proven ability to lead through influence and drive consensus across teams
- A track record of making high-stakes tradeoff decisions that balance technical excellence with mission timelines
