AI-Native Chief of Staff

Job Summary

To support the CEO in driving cross-departmental alignment and operational efficiency, the full-time AI-Native Chief of Staff will manage strategic projects, conduct market research, and oversee partnership execution in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate cross-department communication and ensure follow-through on key initiatives and projects
• Conduct market and go-to-market research to inform strategic decisions and competitive positioning
• Manage the execution of partnerships from initial discussions to implementation, ensuring all departments are aligned

Required qualifications

• Strong business acumen with experience in high-intensity startup environments
• Proven ability to build and implement AI-driven tools and automations
• Experience in DTC or direct response ecommerce is a significant plus
• Exceptional writing and analytical skills, with the ability to produce concise and insightful reports
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities and comfort in engaging with senior executives
