AI-Native Senior Software Engineer
Job Summary
To support the Verticals team, the remote AI-Native Senior Software Engineer II will design and build features for aging parents, leveraging AI tools throughout the development process while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance user experiences.
Key responsibilities
- Ship end-to-end features across the stack, from backend services to mobile applications
- Utilize AI as a primary collaborator to create specifications, generate results, and conduct reviews
- Define and document AI-Native engineering practices, creating playbooks for team adoption
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in building and operating consumer-scale services
- 1+ years of hands-on experience with LLMs and AI tooling
- Full-stack proficiency in backend services and mobile client development (iOS and/or Android)
- Bachelor's Degree in a Technical field or equivalent experience
- Strong sense of ownership and a commitment to delivering quality outcomes for users
