AI-Native Software Engineer
Job Summary
To support the development of a new Prize Execution Platform, the remote contract AI-Native Software Engineer will design, develop, and deliver features across the platform, collaborating with internal teams and utilizing AI-assisted development practices.
Key responsibilities
- Design and implement features for competition management, submission intake, and AI tools within the Prize Execution Platform
- Collaborate with the product and engineering team to confirm project requirements and acceptance criteria
- Deliver maintainable, tested code while using AI-assisted development tools and practices throughout the project lifecycle
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience
- Minimum 4 years of experience developing full stack web applications, including prior consulting engagements
- Hands-on experience with AI coding tools such as Claude Code or GitHub Copilot
- Strong proficiency in .NET technologies, Python, and experience with Angular (v12+) or React with TypeScript
- Ability to evaluate AI-generated code for security and performance issues
