Seeking a highly skilled AI Native Staff Engineer, the full-time position will design and build secure, scalable applications for the Sony Engagement Platform, collaborating closely with product teams and leading AI agent governance in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Architect, design, and develop RESTful API endpoints ensuring high performance and maintainability

Required qualifications
- 8+ years of professional experience with complex code bases

- Demonstrated proficiency with AI-native coding tools like Claude Code or GitHub Copilot
- Familiarity with prompt engineering and secure AI coding practices
