Reviewing AI chat conversations and Personalized Credit Insights summaries, the full-time AI Operations Analyst will identify inaccuracies and unsafe responses while working remotely to enhance product quality and consumer experience.
Key responsibilities
- Review and flag inaccuracies in AI chat conversations and credit insights summaries
- Categorize feedback and track changes in failure-mode taxonomy over time
- Publish weekly quality reports and escalate flagged content to relevant departments
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience in quality, analytical, or operations roles
- Strong SQL skills and experience with BI tools like Tableau
- Experience in consumer finance, credit, or regulated environments is a plus
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Ability to work with sensitive consumer data in a regulated environment
