AI Operations Engineer
Job Summary
Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the AI Operations Engineer will lead initiatives to design and build scalable systems, including data processing pipelines and AI-powered tools, while collaborating with engineering to solve complex challenges.
Key responsibilities
- Design and build scalable systems and tooling, including data processing pipelines and automation workflows
- Establish and expand scalable processes to enhance customer support and value delivery
- Drive execution of multiple simultaneous cross-functional projects, setting timelines and managing deadlines
Required qualifications
- Background in computer science, engineering, or another quantitative field preferred
- Hands-on coding experience (Python or similar) with the ability to design solutions to real operational problems
- Proven track record of navigating ambiguity and executing complex, cross-functional projects
- Strong interpersonal skills for influencing without authority and building cross-organizational alignment
- Deep interest in AI systems; direct AI/ML experience valued but not required
