AI Operations Engineer
Job Summary
To build and run a new AI Ops function, the full-time AI Operations Engineer will design, develop, and maintain AI-driven solutions across various business units, integrating AI into existing systems while supporting cost visibility and training initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and deploy AI-powered solutions using LLMs and automation frameworks for business and engineering use cases
- Support model evaluation and risk assessments, benchmarking AI models against accuracy, latency, and cost criteria
- Design and deliver company-wide AI training programs, creating guides and templates for effective AI adoption
Required qualifications
- Experience building with modern AI/ML tools and frameworks
- Working knowledge of cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and experience with production services
- Experience comparing and evaluating AI models across providers for cost, latency, and quality
- Ability to translate business and engineering workflows into technical solutions
- Experience creating training materials for mixed technical and non-technical audiences
