Job Summary
Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Agentic Operations Engineer will identify and solve high-leverage business problems using AI solutions, while documenting processes and driving adoption within operational units.
Key responsibilities:
- Identify high-leverage business problems within an assigned unit and build AI solutions to address them
- Prototype and ship functional AI solutions quickly, demonstrating their value to stakeholders
- Document domain knowledge and operational processes to enable autonomous action by AI agents and new hires
Required qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience transforming processes or products with measurable results
- Proven hands-on experience using AI tools in a business context
- 1-3 years of software development or programming experience
- 3+ years of operational experience with a focus on improving business processes
- Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field
