AI Operations Lead

Job Summary

Driving AI transformation across the organization, the full-time AI Operations Lead will manage the product definition for AI workflows, engage with teams to identify high-leverage opportunities, and establish a champion network while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Map current-state workflows across teams to identify and prioritize AI opportunities for improvement
• Define product requirements and success criteria for Claude skills and workflows, collaborating closely with engineering for implementation
• Develop and grow a champion network to ensure sustainable adoption and maintenance of AI workflows across the organization

Required qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in product management, workflow, or process design, with a focus on cross-departmental initiatives
• Strong instincts in workflow and process design, capable of identifying necessary changes in operating models
• Ability to translate business problems into clear requirements for engineering teams
• Proven interpersonal skills to build trust and collaboration across diverse teams
• Experience in defining reusable systems and patterns rather than solving problems repeatedly
