AI Operations Lead

Job Summary

To support the scaling of AI initiatives, the full-time remote AI Operations Lead will manage the development of internal automation tools, oversee governance and visibility of AI usage across departments, and train teams on effective AI integration while reporting directly to the CEO.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement internal automation tools to streamline processes across various departments
• Manage AI governance, including access workflows, spend dashboards, and ROI frameworks
• Conduct training sessions and maintain a shared library of AI resources and best practices

Required qualifications

• Experience shipping production software within the last two years using Python or TypeScript, SQL, and REST APIs
• Demonstrated ability to build applications using large language models with user engagement and cost management
• Experience collaborating with non-technical teams, understanding their workflows and needs
• Proven ability to analyze messy data and present findings effectively to stakeholders
• Experience managing cross-functional programs that require accountability without direct authority
