Job Summary

Driving the transformation of business workflows, the full-time remote AI Operations Lead will manage the automation of processes across departments, ensuring systems are effective and measurable while collaborating closely with various teams to enhance operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with department leaders to identify and optimize high-leverage workflows, ensuring successful implementation and measurable outcomes
• Deliver robust automated systems with ongoing monitoring, user adoption strategies, and clear evaluation metrics
• Create templates and enablement materials to facilitate AI adoption across the organization while ensuring compliance and safety in operations

Required qualifications

• Extensive experience in deploying systems into business workflows that non-technical users rely on daily
• Hands-on expertise with modern AI technologies, including LLMs and automation tools
• Ability to understand and improve workflows in various departments, such as support, sales, and finance
• Proven track record of leading cross-functional initiatives and driving clarity and decision-making
• Strong teaching abilities with a knack for simplifying complex concepts and creating clear documentation
