Job Summary
To support the growth of the Enterprise AI team, the full-time AI Operations Manager will design and implement AI-native processes, oversee operational reporting, and facilitate stakeholder forums, all while working remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement AI-native operating processes to enhance planning and execution
- Orchestrate operational and program reporting, including the publication of key metrics across various systems
- Administer the Enterprise AI intake process and facilitate approval decisions with stakeholders
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in program management or operations within technology or AI environments
- Proven ability to connect people, processes, tools, and data into scalable operating mechanisms
- Experience creating executive-level narratives from complex operational information
- Working knowledge of Generative AI and enterprise AI use cases
- Strong attention to detail and a continuous-improvement mindset
