Job Summary
To support the operational success of enterprise AI solutions, the full-time AI Operations Specialist will monitor performance, quality, and compliance while collaborating with various stakeholders in a hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Own the operational performance of AI-powered solutions post-implementation, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Track and report on key AI performance metrics, including response quality and customer satisfaction
- Identify and troubleshoot AI performance issues, coordinating incident investigations and root cause analysis
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in technology operations, analytics, or a related field
- Experience supporting AI or conversational AI solutions in a production environment
- Strong operational analytics experience with performance reporting and trend analysis
- Understanding of Responsible AI principles and compliance monitoring
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent practical experience
