Job Summary
Supporting a rapidly growing Startup Partnerships team, the part-time AI Operations & Automation Specialist will manage high-volume customer inquiries, develop AI-driven workflows, and enhance operational efficiency while working onsite in San Francisco.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and edit AI-generated responses to ensure accuracy and a positive customer experience
- Design and optimize LLM-powered workflows for categorizing and drafting responses to inbound inquiries
- Evaluate AI outputs, identify cases needing human intervention, and implement scalable automation solutions
Required Qualifications
- Experience in high-volume customer support or similar environments requiring accuracy and efficiency
- Hands-on experience with LLM-powered workflows, including prompt design and automated response generation
- Demonstrated ability to use AI tools for improving operational processes
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on process improvement
- Ability to work remotely during Pacific Time business hours
