AI Ops Engineer
Job Summary
As the primary AI thought leader for the go-to-market organization, the full-time remote AI Ops Engineer will shape and execute the AI vision across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations, focusing on optimizing workflows and enhancing productivity through AI solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the AI thought leader for GTM, identifying high-value opportunities to reduce friction and accelerate revenue
- Design and deliver AI solutions that enhance GTM workflows, including AI copilots and automations
- Continuously develop AI engineering skills and coach GTM teams on responsible AI adoption
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Information Systems, or a related field
- 1 to 3 years of experience in AI optimization of GTM workflows within a B2B SaaS environment
- Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms, such as Salesforce or HubSpot
- Base-level Python scripting skills and a commitment to further develop technical capabilities
- Strong customer orientation with experience understanding the buying journey and leveraging AI in GTM strategies
